Full House for Bollywood Night on 24 Oct 2015
Dear Presidents,
The Bollywood Night party has been over-subscribed, thanks to the overwhelming support from our Rotarians. We have now over 210 people registered and paid.
Regretably and indeed painfully, I need to decline many late requests/registrations as the venue just simply cannot accomodate anymore people, from both logistics and physical perspectives.
Please accept my apology.
However, I look forward to welcoming you all at the Japan Night on December 12. I shall be promoting it to you via email and at your JPM very soon.
Once again, my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to you for your ardent support. Your support is the impetus for me to continue to do my very best to put together the best District Fellowship Parties during this Rotary Year the best I can.

Dear Presidents,
Pursuant to Part II of District Resolution No RC/1-2014 regarding Pre-Q Assessment, we would like to remind any Rotarian who intends to run for District Governor including but not limited to District Governor 2018-19 to declare their candidacy to District Governor Peter Pang before 1st September 2015. For avoidance of doubt, declaration in this context means informing District Governor Peter Pang of his/her intention to run by email to peterpangcw@gmail.com .

District PPE Event – Sustainable Seafood Ambassador Program 28-29 November,2015
Dear Presidents,
First of all, Preserve Planet Earth (PPE) Committee would like to thank all the Rotary Clubs (RCs), Rotarians and friends of Rotary who have supported the E2809CRotary HK Chordophonia 2015 ConcertE2809D held on Sunday 9 August 2015. It was a resounding success, with all tickets sold. The feedback was positive and encouraging. We were overwhelmed by the compliments and have no doubt it was indeed a memorable and enjoyable evening for all. We are waiting for Urbtix to finalise the accounts, based on our estimate we have raised about HK$120,000.00 to fund our future District PPE Committee activities.(….read more)
