Calling for Your Support to Bid 2019 RI Convention
The HOC had worked closely with MEHK of the Hong Kong Tourism Board and submitted a Convention Bid Document to RI in July, 2014.
The 2019 RI Convention Site Inspection Team was in Hong Kong last week to assess the capability of our District to act as a Host City.

Advertisement in 55th District Conference =

The 55th District Conference is fast =
approaching and I am writing to seek your support to place an =
advertisement in the Conference Program Book (A4 size) which will be =
distributed to over 800 delegates and guests at the Conference next =
month.
The Organising Committee has agreed to keep the =
advertising fee at the same level as the last District Conference. =
Attached is the booking form. I would be most grateful if =
your Rotary Club could place at least one full page advertisement in the =
Program Book. Meanwhile, could you also please forward the booking =

Dear All,
Due to some technical issue in downloading the registration form from the host site, we would like to extend the early bird deadline to 31st March. As time is drawing near, I would like to urge your support to sign up for the 55th District Conference before the deadline. House of Friendship (HOF) is one of the key elements in Rotary District Conference (DC). As tradition, HOF is also an arena for promoting your Club signature service project to others. The Organizing Committee of DC 2015 is now calling for poster presentation regarding your Clubs signature Service project. Your Club only needs to contribute HK$500 to the DC and we shall prepare the pull up Poster flag Banner for you. As the conference venue has limited space for poster presentation, we can only accommodate posters under first-come-first-serve basis. Hence, we urge you to commit your enrollment as soon as possible.
Clubs simply send us either 4 or 6 pictures or replacing pictures, send paragraph boxes each with words limit as suggested. We will put these boxes of pictures or paragraphs onto the Poster Flag Banner for you.
Deadline for enrollment of your poster presentation is 10 April 2015.
Please send a cheque of HKD500 to RIC with the enrollment form attached before the deadline.
Don’t forget to submit your project summary with photos or paragraphs boxes
