RIP Tanaka has kindly agreed to join our visit to Mongolia which takes place between 14-17 September, I welcome you to join RIP and me to visit Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, where we will see how our Rotarian brothers and sisters in Mongolia conduct their community services, and also to enjoy fellowship and the culture and scenery there.

After completing the Mongolian visit, RIP will visit Hong Kong. RIP Tanaka shall return Hong Kong with the HK delegation on the 17th September. An inter-city meeting will be held in Hong Kong on 19 September to honor the presence of RIP Sakuji Tanaka. He will also take the opportunity to meet with some Senior Government Officials and community leaders and departing Hong Kong on 20 September.

Let us work together to make it a memorable journey for RIP Sakuji Tanaka. Let us show him the good work Rotarians are doing in our District, and the vibrancy of the cities in our District.
There will be separate fliers and messages about the Mongolian trip, inter-city meeting and other activities which will be organised for RIP’s visit.

Yours in Rotary
