Official Launch of  Web-based Reservation Platform

First of all, we would like to thank you those who have taken part in the Grand Opening of the District New Generations Centre held on 3rd August 2012. Now, we proudly launched a new Web-based reservation platform that aims to make booking conference room and meeting spaces of the Centre as quick and easy as possible. Reservation is available now for Interact, Rotaract, Youth Exchange, RYLA as well as Rotary Adopt-A-School programme of our district.

You can find the new system at http://rotaract3450.org/reserve-a-conference-room/ in which you could reserve a conference room online and find out the vacancy. The Web site will give you immediate access to meeting spaces within the Centre that match your needs, and this could be accomplished in a few minutes. No rental fee will be charged as well. We hope that members of New Generations as well as RAAS would find meetings easy to plan and affordable to host. A set of rules and regulations together with a location map have been attached for your reference.

Should you have any inquiry, please do not hesitate to contact Mr. Steve Kwok of Rotary Information Centre via dngc@rotary3450.org Thank you for your kind attention.

Peace and Blessings,

For and On behalf of the District New Generations Centre Management Committee
Rotary International District 3450 (Hong Kong, Macao & Mongolia)

we have received a GREAT NEWS from RI that RI President Sakuji Tanaka has agreed to visit D3450 and furthermore he is joining our trip to Mongolia which takes place between 14 – 17 Sep 2012.

This is a rare opportunity of being up close with our RIP and share some wonderful moments with him during this 4 days / 3 nights journey in Mongolia.

Due to the unforseeable rescheduling of MIAT Mongolian Airlines,  we are compelled to switch to another airline called the Mongolian Airlines Group which operates flights that better fit our visit.

Attached is the updated flyer & itinerary for your reference.

I do hope you will reconsider to join this trip and please contact IPAG Andy if you have any question.

Yours in Rotary,

Kenneth Wong
