Elvo Sou joined Rotaract Club of Macau in 2006 and served as the Club Community Service Director in 2007. After participating in the Group Study Exchange to District 1460 (Denmark and Lithuania), he became the Charter President of the Rotary Foundation Alumni Association D3450 in 2007 and served as the President of Rotaract Club of Macao in 2008. He later joined Rotary Club of Macau in 2010 and has served as advisor to the Rotaract of University of Macau Students’ Union. He became the Club President in 2018. 

Elvo is a registered psychotherapist in Macau and the Head of Student Counselling Section at the University of Macau. He is also the Chairperson of the Macao Psychology Association. He is a frequent speaker on psychological health and has played an active role in public education about mitigating the psychological impact of Covid-19. 

Elvo is also a career coach, helping young people develop their careers. He is a doctoral candidate at the University of Hong Kong, with a research focus on career development of college students.  T1920EN_PMS-C300

Amanda Wendt works with visionary leaders to help them become the go-to expert in their field. Through her company Matter Group, Amanda supports her clients through the expert’s journey of relevance, trust, and leadership. With over 15 years’ experience in brand, marketing, and communication, she has worked internationally across diverse industries including financial and professional services, health, retail, not-for-profit, and the public sector.

Amanda is a proud Rotarian and in 2016 was awarded a Paul Harris Fellow from Rotary District 9800. She has traveled internationally with Rotary and has spoken at many conferences on how to attract, convert, and activate members. Most notably, she was invited to address the 2018 Rotary International Assembly in San Diego.

Amanda is Vice-chair of the Rotary International Communications Committee and will be District 9800 Governor in 2022-23, making her one of the youngest Governors in Australia’s history. She is also a member of Australia’s first Rotary Club, Rotary Club of Melbourne.T1920EN_PMS-C300

Henry Wang joined the Rotary Club of Beijing in 2005 and was President in 2010 before being transferred to Riyadh. He joined the Rotary Club of Tai Po in 2016. He is currently the Club International Service Director and a member of the District Innovation Committee.

Henry is an international adviser, author, and speaker with extensive high-level business experience globally.  He was a former director of both Shell China and SABIC in Riyadh. He has been invited to join the G20/B20 International Taskforce to advise global and business leaders on Building Back Better post COVID-19 pandemic, with special focus on Climate Change, Sustainability & Energy. He is also a board member of the London University SOAS Advisory Board and University College London China Advisory Board. He was also Vice-Chairman of OECD Business Energy & Environment Committee.

Henry is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts FRSA, and Fellow of Institution of Chemical Engineers. He was awarded the title of European Engineer (EurIng) and Chartered Engineer (C.Eng). He has published over 100 papers and 5 books.  He has been invited to speak at the House of Lords, international conferences, leading universities and business schools globally.

As a global citizen, Rotary felt immediately like home when Nicki Scott joined in 2000 in the Chicago area, USA. After serving as District Governor 6450 in 2014-15, she was appointed Rotary Coordinator for Zone 28 2016-18, Zones 28 & 29 Institute Chair 2017, and an International Assembly (IA) Training Leader 2017 & 2018. Most recently Nicki served as Seminar Trainer for IA 2019 and 2020 and was a member of Rotary’s Strategic Planning Committee: a three-year appointment ending in June 2019.

In January 2018, Nicki returned to her birthplace in England and immediately joined the Leadership Development and Training Team for Rotary in Great Britain and Ireland. In December 2019 she was elected as Rotary International Director and Leader of the Association 2021-23.

With a background in corporate finance, strategic planning, and change management consulting, Nicki owned a promotional product business for 12 years and developed expertise in branding and entrepreneurship.  She went on to be a mentor and coach for CEOs and business owners for Vistage Worldwide in 2016 before returning to England. 

Nicki’s core passions are strategy, leadership coaching & development, and motivational speaking. She aims to use these skills in service to Rotary to help bridge the gap to the next generation of leaders for our second century of service.
