Centenary Cup Challenge

Time flies. The annual running of the Rotary Centenary Challenge Cup is just around the corner and registration is about to start.  This racing event is a recognition from the Hong Kong Jockey Club of Rotary’s outstanding contributions to the local community.  Equally important, it enhances Rotary’s images within the society and at the same time offers an excellent platform for fellowship not only for our Rotary family but also for friends and business partners. 

This year, the Cup will be held on Wednesday 20 February 2013 at Happy Valley Racecourse.  It is 11th day of the Chinese Lunar New Year so it is a great opportunity to celebrate the arrival of the Year of Snake and have lots of fun with your fellow members and guests.  The racing package, at a price of $700 only, includes a dinner buffet, unlimited supply of wine and soft drinks and admission badge.    

For reservation, please complete the attached booking form and send it to me either by fax (2966 7795) or by email at klcheng@hkjc.org.hk.  The form, together with other booking details, can also be downloaded from the District Event Calendar in the District website www.rotary3450.org.  

Reservation will start on 2 January 2013 and seats will be allocated on a first come first served basis.   This racing gathering has proved to be one of the most popular District events in the year so please do submit your booking form as soon as possible to avoid last minute disappointment.
