Dr. Chan further explained how SPCC provided variety choices for their students for the 2-board stream of curriculum – DSE and IB stream. The floor ended up with a great
atmosphere of discussion and answers among the educational aspects of Hong Kong.

Rotary Octopus Card

First of its kind, our Rotary district 3450 introduce the first Rotary Octopus Card that signifies the engagement of Rotarians and Rotaractors of D3450 in a worthwhile social campaign, the
promotion of Organ Donation in Hong Kong. Rotary strive to impart positive change to lives through our services. As a Rotarian, you can show your support by joining the launching
ceremony on 1 June at the Olympian City and helping the community to find out how organ donation changes the lives of the organ recipients and their families.
The launching ceremony will take place between 3 and 4 p.m. on 1 June 2013 (Saturday) with special guests including Dr. Ko Wing-man (高永文醫生), Dr. Leong Che-hung(梁智鴻醫生),
Professor Joseph JY Sung(沈祖堯教授), Professor FAN Sheung Tat (范上達教授).

Please register as soon as possible your interest with PE Andy if you wish to participate in the event. The stylish Rotary Octopus Card (thanks to IPDG David’s design team) costs only
HK$35 per piece. On 2 June (Sunday), there will be a press conference in which the Representative of the World Health Organization (WHO) on Organ Donation will speak.
Throughout the two days of 1-2 June, from morning to evening, at the Atrium of the Olympian City there will be educational panels on organ transplant/donation, health check stations and
game booths manned by Rotaractors and university students. It will be a great opportunity for Rotarians and Rotaractors to get in touch with the general public and let them feel
our passion and commitment to doing good to the community.
