Rookie Stars 2019 Rotary International District 3450 Dance Contest 國際扶輪3450地區新星舞蹈比賽2019

Welcome to our 9th Rookie Stars 2019 Rotary International District 3450 Dance Contest! The contest will be held on the 24th of February, 2019. This contest will be divided into five groups. The five groups will be the Primary School Group, the High School Group, the Open Group, the International Group, and 2 on 2 freestyle battle. All participants must choose a group according to the following requirements to each group. If you are joining the group dance league, you may also enroll into the 2 on 2 freestyle battle. Please email us if you are signing up for two leagues.歡迎各位參加第九屆國際扶輪3450地區新星舞蹈比賽2019! 比賽將於2019年2月24日進行總決賽. 此比賽共分為五大組別- 包括小學組,中學組,公開組,國際組以及2 on 2 FREESTYLE BATTLE. 參加者必須留意以下參選資格來挑選合適的組別作賽. 參賽者歡迎同時參加團體賽及個人賽，煩請於電郵內說明參與兩項賽事。

參選組別及資格  Application Requirements

(A) 團體賽 Group Dance competition

小學組 Junior School league
年齡必須介乎6至12歲或就讀於小學 , 參賽隊伍必須由一位成年人陪同下報名, 每隊人數不可多於18人
Each participating team must be accompanied by an adult. Each participant must be within aged 6-12 or currently studying in junior school, each team must not exceed 18 members.

中學組 High School league
年齡必須介乎12至18歲或就讀於中學, 參賽隊伍必須選出一位隊長以方便聯繫, 每隊人數不可多於12人
Each participating team must select a team leader as contact person. Each participant must be within aged 12-18 or currently studying in high school, each team must not exceed 12 members.

公開組 Open Group League
年齡必須介乎18至28歲或就讀於大專院校, 參賽隊伍必須選出一位隊長以方便聯繫, 每隊人數不可多於10人. 勝出之冠軍隊伍將代表扶輪社香港隊在國際組別中作賽
Each participating team must select a team leader as contact person. Each participant must be within aged 18-28 or currently studying in universities or college , each team must not exceed 10 members. The winning team from this league will represent “Hong Kong” and compete with other teams from the International league.

國際組 International League
年齡必須介乎16歲或以上, 參賽隊伍必須選出一位隊長以方便聯繫, 每隊人數不可多於10人, 歡迎不同國家的海外隊伍參加, 於公開組別的勝出隊伍將代表香港隊在國際組別中作賽.
Each participating team must select a team leader as contact person. Each participant must be 16 or above, each team must not exceed 10 members. We welcome all teams from different countries and feel free to contact us for further information.

(B) 個人賽 Freestyle Competition 2 on 2 freestyle Battle

年齡必須介乎15-28歲, 參賽人數必須為2人, 歡迎本地及海外隊伍參賽
Each team must have 2 participants, aged between 15-28. We welcome local & oversea participants to join the freestyle contest. If you have sign up for the group dance league, you may also apply for 2 on 2 freestyle battle. Please fill in a separate application form & notify us through email that you have joined for 2 leagues.

冠軍隊伍可獲得港幣$3000及獎杯 The champion team will receive HKD$3000 & Trophy
亞軍隊伍可獲得港幣$2000及獎杯 The runner up team will receive HKD$2000 & Trophy
季軍隊伍可獲得港幣$1000及獎杯 The 2nd Runner up team will receive HKD$1000 & Trophy

中學組 High School League
冠軍隊伍可獲得港幣$3000及獎杯 The champion team will receive HKD$3000 & Trophy
亞軍隊伍可獲得港幣$2000及獎杯 The runner up team will receive HKD$2000 & Trophy
季軍隊伍可獲得港幣$1000及獎杯 The 2nd Runner up team will receive HKD$1000 & Trophy

公開組 Open Group League
冠軍隊伍可獲得港幣$6000及獎杯 The champion team will receive HKD$6000 & Trophy
亞軍隊伍可獲得港幣$4000及獎杯 The runner up team will receive HKD$4000 & Trophy
季軍隊伍可獲得港幣$2000及獎杯 The 2nd Runner up team will receive HKD$2000 & Trophy

國際組 International League
勝出隊伍可獲得港幣$8000及獎杯 The champion team will receive HKD$8000 & Trophy

2 on 2 Battle
冠軍隊伍可獲得港幣$4000及獎杯 The champion team will receive HKD$4000 & Trophy
亞軍隊伍可獲得港幣$2000及獎杯 The runner up team will receive HKD$2000 & Trophy

報名流程 How to apply?
於 截 止 日 期 前 提 交 報 名 表 及 報 名 費 (每 隊 $ 180)
Please fill in & submit this application form on or before 8th Jan, 2019. The application fee will be HKD$180 per team for Junior school, high school, Open group league & 2 on 2 freestyle battle.

大 會 接 獲 報 名 表 後 ， 將 有 專 人 通 知 各 參 賽 者 核 實 參 賽 資 格
Once we have received your application form, our team will contact you via phone call or email to confirm your details. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there are any problems.

截 止 日 期 ： 2019 年1 月 8 日
Application deadline: 8th Jan, 2019 on or before 11pm.

小學組及國際組將直接晉升至總決賽
Junior teams & international teams are automatically enrolled into the final competition.

中學組及公開組參賽隊伍必須準備不多於2分鐘的舞蹈作為入圍遴選，並於1月8日前電郵視頻至 rotary.rookiestars2019@gmail.com , 我們將於各參賽組別 (中學組及公開組) 挑選20隊晉升至總決賽.

Participating teams from the High school league & open group league must prepare a routine of no more than 2 minutes for the first audition. Please submit your dance video to our email rotary.rookiestars2019@gmail.com on or before 8 /1/19 We will announce the 20 teams from each league to our final competition.

2 on 2 battles
請於截止日期前報名及繳付報名費用, 我們是次邀請50隊參與作賽, 名額有限, 先到先得.
Please kindly sign up on or before 8/1/2019 and settle the application fee. We will only welcome the first 50 teams to enter into the battle competition. First come first serve basis. Sign up now.

總決賽 Finals

Date: 24 / 2 / 2019 (Sunday)

Time ：1000-2200

Venue: PolyU Community College, PolyU Hung Hom Bay Campus
地點：香港專上學院 (香港理工大學紅磡灣校園)

參賽隊伍必須準備不多於4分鐘的舞蹈, 詳情將於稍後公佈

Participating teams from the group dance league must prepare a routine of no more than 4 minutes for the finals.
We will announce the final competition details at later stage.

報名一經遞交，即代表參賽者清楚了解及同意比賽章程之內容，並會嚴格遵守。
Once the application is submitted, the participants will clearly understand and agree to the content of the contest regulations and will strictly abide by them.

1.參賽者必須與報名表格相乎，不可更換或增加參賽者
Participants must be in accordance with the registration form and cannot be replaced or added to the contestant.

2.報名費用一經繳付，不論任何原因，一律不獲退還
Once the registration fee has been paid, it will not be refunded for any reason.

3.主辦單位無須就任何參賽者於參與是次比賽期間所發生之任何意外負責
The organiser is not responsible for any accidents incurred by any participants during the competition.

4.主辦單位保留在需要時調動、修改或取消任何有關比賽安排之權利，比賽細則如有任何修改，會盡快通知各參賽隊伍。
The organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel any relevant arrangements if necessary. Any changes to the rules of the competition will be notified to the participating teams as soon as possible.
