Dear Club Presidents and District Leaders,

I am pleased to inform you that an Award Presentation Cum Dinner Event will be held for honoring Awardees of THE ONE HK 2016 in the evening of 5th May 2016 (Thursday) at the Ballroom on Basement 1 of the Regal HK Hotel.

Your are cordially invited to join the event. Mr. Matthew Cheung, Secretary for Labour and Welfare will be the Officiating Guest for the event. He will be joined by DG Peter and other District Leaders. Details of the event can be found on the Poster attached.

The award ceremony will commence at 7 p.m.and dinner at 8 p.m. Winner of THE ONE HK award will be announced at the ceremony. During the dinner, the Winner and other Finalists of THE ONE HK, our Unsung Heroes, will share their stories and vision of serving the needy in our community.

Your presence and support will be of paramount importance in helping to highlight to the public the great contribution to humanitarian services made by our unsung heroes. This will help engender support to the unsung heroes, induce people to emulate the good deeds of the unsung heroes, thus enhancing greater mutual trust and harmony in our community.

To enable better seating arrangement, kindly complete the attached reply form and send it back to RIC as soon as possible and not later than 27 April 2016. The Organising Committee of THE ONE HK looks forward to welcoming you on 5th May 2016.
