A. Contact information on RAAS Representatives
Please provide the updated information on RAAS Representatives of Rotary Club and their partnering school including email addresses and send them to RAAS Chair PDG Tony Wong tony@howai.com with a copy to RAAS Internal Vice-Chair and Hon. Secretary Wendy Mung wmung@hkstar.com to facilitate effective communications on RAAS matters.

B. Chinese Handwriting Tournament – Final Competition on 6 July 2013
There were 300 pieces of calligraphy selected from 3,067 pieces including 毛筆組 及硬筆組 respectively to enter the final competition on 6 July 2013 at Fukien Secondary School Affiliated School. Winners were selected and Prize-giving Ceremony is tentatively scheduled on 21 Sept 2013 during the Exhibition of Chinese Handwriting Calligraphy as the latter will be held from 21 to 23 Sept 2013.

C. RAAS was invited by Hong Kong Blind Sports Federation to co-organise Sports Day for All on 2 November 2013 at Tseung Kwan O Sports Ground
The 3rd Organsing Committee Meeting took place on 26 July 2013. Further detailed will be reported later.

D. Site Visit to Green Technology Consortium Campus on 18 August 2-4 pm
Green Technology Consortium Campus has 120,000 sq. ft. and will have Green Projects with RAAS.
