DISTRICT TRAINING ASSEMBLY REGISTRATION – REMINDER

Dear Club President and Presidents-elect,

As communicated, the District Training Assembly will be held on May 23, 2015 (Saturday) at the Shatin Clubhouse of the HK Jockey Club. It is a reminder to register for the event, as the main Theatre can only host 300 attendees.

Once again, the details of the event are as follows:

Date: 23 May 2015, Saturday Venue: The Shatin Clubhouse of the  Hong Kong Jockey Club Time: 8:30 am E28093 Registration and light breakfast; 4:00 pm E28093 Assembly ends

Fees: Complimentary for the first eight (8) attending members of each club; $350 for each additional member of each club Deadline of Registration: May 13, 2015

Joint Gathering of Rotary District 3450 and Junior Chamber International Hong Kong

Dear District Officers/Incoming District Officers and Presidents/President-Elects,

The Joint Gathering is held every year to enable members of both Rotary District 3450 and Junior Chamber International Hong Kong to know more about each other over a fellowship gathering, with a view to join force to serve the community in future.

THE GATHERING
This year, the Gathering will provide an opportunity for us to learn more about the work of Christian Action and the needs of the less well-off people amongst us. Details are:
