WHAT’S ROTARY INTERNATIONAL DISTRICT 3450 ?

Rotary International District 3450

was formed in 1960 but the first Club, the Rotary Club of Hong Kong was established in 1931.

Today there are a total of 72 clubs with members in Hong Kong, Macao and Mongolia.
Over the years the District has launched many signature projects including the “Hepatitis B Immunization” project in Mainland China which has successfully immunized 1 million newborn babies within 10 years.
The “Adopt-A-School” project is an on-going educational initiative which focuses on nurturing and developing educational opportunities for children in local schools.

Members of District 3450 are volunteers from business organizations, who serve the community to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto Service Above Self.
